Studio Terms & Conditions of Use

​

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

• Payment is required prior to use of the studio unless otherwise agreed in writing. 90% of booking fee is fully refundable prior to 5 days until your booking time.

• Cancellations within 5 days of the booking are non-refundable.

2. Access & Use

• The studio may only be used during the times agreed upon at booking. There is a 15 min buffer either side of your hours to provide you with bump-in and bump-out time and to ensure the space is left tidy.

• Hirers are responsible for ensuring the studio is locked and secure and vacumed after use (keys or codes are provided).

• The space may only be used for music, acting, dance, rehearsals, workshops, fitness classes, or other pre-approved activities.

3. Conduct & Responsibility

• Hirers are responsible for the behaviour of all participants and guests during their booking and hold Public Liability insurance.

• Children under 16 must be supervised at all times.

• No smoking, alcohol, food or illegal substances are permitted on the premises.

• Noise must be kept to a reasonable level and comply with local regulations.

4. Care of Premises

• Hirers must leave the studio clean, tidy, and in the same condition as it was found.

• Animals are not allowed within the space

• Food and drink are not permitted in the dance space (water only).

• Any damage to the studio, equipment, or property must be reported immediately. The hirer will be liable for repair or replacement costs.

5. Equipment & Facilities

• Studio equipment (e.g., sound system, mirrors, barres) may be used with care.

• Any personal equipment brought in is the responsibility of the hirer.

• Storage of personal items is not permitted unless agreed in advance.

6. Safety & Insurance

• The hirer is responsible for ensuring all activities are conducted safely.

• The studio accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during use.

• Hirers should have their own public liability insurance if running classes or inviting participants.

• By making a booking at Embody you agree to these terms and conditions.

7. Termination of Hire

• The studio reserves the right to cancel any booking at its discretion, including for breach of these terms.

• Any breach may result in refusal of future bookings.
